Innovative Products Unlimited, Inc ships all items UPS, unless otherwise posted
RETURN POLICY
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from the seller. A 10% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all returns. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Innovative Products Unlimited, Inc. warrants the original purchaser of this product against defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of three years from the date of the original purchase.
This device was built to precise standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. This three year warranty is an expression of our confidence in the materials and workmanship of our products.
If the product should become defective within the warranty period, we will elect to repair it or to replace it free of charge. If we choose to repair it, the product must be shipped to us in a clean and sanitary condition. Unsanitary products will be returned untouched at your cost. We will return your repaired product, transportation charges prepaid, provided it is delivered prepaid.
This warranty does not apply if the damage occurs because of accident, improper handling or operation, shipping damage, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repairs made or attempted. This warranty does not extend to non-durable components such as casters and fabric which are subject to normal wear and replacement and are warranted for one year.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILTY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER.
